Packaging & Quality Checks
Every product undergoes a careful inspection before dispatch and is securely packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Exchanges & Store Credit

We offer size exchanges if your ordered piece doesn’t fit. Simply email us at bhawnagoenkadesigns@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

If the style isn’t quite right for you, we’re happy to issue a one-time store credit voucher, valid for 3 months, provided the item is unworn, unused, and returned with all original tags and labels intact.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the store credit value. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
Order Cancellations & Lost Shipments

In rare cases where your order is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, or if it is lost in transit, a full refund will be issued.
